At Brazil Keratin, we source directly from manufacturers. We guarantee 100% original products, full regulatory compliance, and fast worldwide shipping to over 40 countries.
We would like to clarify that, in international shipping situations, the customs and tax costs for the re-entry of products into our country (or their return to the country of origin, if applicable) are significant. Unfortunately, these charges make the return operation economically unfeasible for us, and for this reason, we will not be able to process the return.
We understand that this may not be the news you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are constantly seeking ways to optimize our processes to offer the best possible experience.
(Optional, if you can offer an alternative)
If you wish, we can discuss other options, such as [e.g., a discount on a future purchase, or keeping the product and perhaps reselling it locally, etc., depending on your policy].
We greatly appreciate your understanding.
Sincerely,
Brazil Keratin
